Don't you think I know what's wrong with me
living in a world of hate and cruelty
don't believe in hope
don't waste my time with fear
just believe in myself you hear
Another empty night
another reason to fight
Wasted again
I'm back where nowhere ends
Wasted again
I'm back where nowhere ends
wasted life wasted night
but I feel alright
waste this world
waste this dream
Oh this place you know I think I'd rather leave
Or do I love the discord I see
feel like I'm going out of my head
I think I'd rather be out of my head
Another empty night
another reason to fight
Wasted again
I'm back where nowhere ends
Wasted again
I'm back where nowhere ends
wasted life wasted night
but I feel alright
waste this world
waste this dream
I'd rather scream
This album is an absolute banger. The riffs are especially groovy this time, the vocals are amazing, and the overall thing is supercatchy. If I'd have to list one downside, it's that the mix is so bass-heavy that the sound only truely comes into it's right when listened on good headphones or extremely good speakers. On anything less it can sound like the bass drowns the rest of the music out. 9/10 Buzzario
From the first deadened cowbell to the last dissonant guitar interval, Dutch quartet Geo's new record is shaped for impact. Bandcamp Album of the Day Apr 25, 2024
Pretty much the best Black/Speed Metal I've listened to since I learned about Evil Invaders and Vulture. Everything you'd love to be reminded of about this musical era is there. The influences are what you'd expect too: Motörhead, Venom, Bathory, early Slayer, Celtic Frost; aggressive vocals, tortured guitar solos, pounding drums; everything is fast, clear and still a little grimy, but without reverb cranked up to the max. Amazing band, amazing album. Odiumediae
